The quality of the equipment foundation directly affects the installation quality of the fan, so the equipment foundation should be checked and accepted before the equipment is in place,The inspection content includes the location of the foundation, geometric dimensions, and anchor bolt holes. Concrete strength, etc. The strength of the foundation concrete should meet the design requirements, and the strength report of the test block should be qualified. The center line of the equipment foundation should be popped up according to the equipment layout plan to check the location of the equipment foundation,Its plane position deviation should be less than soil10 mm. Location and depth of anchor bolt holes. The cross-sectional dimensions should meet the design requirements. There should be no oil, dirt and debris in the anchor bolt holes, and it should be dry and free of accumulated water. After the initial leveling of the livestock fan, the distance between any part of the anchor bolt and the hole wall should be greater than15 mm, The depth should reach the bottom end of the anchor bolt without touching the bottom. The overall deviation of the basic elevation is+20mm.-10mm,The relative deviation of the base of the wind shell bearing, the drive motor, etc. should be less than+1mm.
